Video killed the radio star, and reality TV killed the video star…at least in MTV’s case. Have no fear though as Vevo, the music video website born of the collaboration between Universal Music and Sony, has announced they are creating a 24-hour digital music video channel. According to The Guardian, the channel will be available on devices plugged into internet-connected televisions, such as the Xbox and Roku set-top box, as well as on Apple iPhones, iPads, Android and Windows mobile handsets. Tie-dye, ripped jeans, and G.I. Joe have all made a comeback so why not the 24-hour music video channel. I want my Vevo!
