Writing a weekly blog can be a pain in the butt some times, but if I’m sporting an Android smart phone that’s a statement that I wouldn’t be able to text my friends with help from the Operating System. Wired has discovered “a list of more than 1,400 English words that Google has quietly deemed inappropriate for Android users.” Most companies have the common sense to avoid the seven dirty words of George Carlin but there are many on the list that seem innocent on the surface such as “thud”, “LSAT”, “AMD”, and “Garmin”. In a season of caring and giving, Garmin has found themselves on Google’s naughty list.
