The ad agency is called Ayni Brigade and their CEO, Mark Russell, stated “We saw an opportunity in the market to do well by doing good,” Russell said. He added that the agency’s co-founders think they can gain a competitive advantage by leveraging the skills veterans have built in the course of military service.” As a brother of a current military soldier I salute what Ayni Brigade is doing and believe this is their unique selling proposition. On a recent episode of The Pitch I heard a client say “we aren’t hiring the idea, we are hiring the agency” and with that mindset I believe it’s easy for a client to get behind Ayni Brigade. Salute!
